Legal basis and general information
The EU General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Protection Act 2000 and the Data Protection Adjustment Act 2018 serve the right to the protection of personal data. We process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (DSGVO, DSG 2018, TKG 2003).

Earmarking, legal basis, storage period and data recipient
We need the collected personal data for pre-contractual measures and contract fulfillment, billing, answering your inquiries, forwarding information on current developments in the subject areas of the Bruck / Leitha energy park, etc. The data is collected, stored, processed and used for this.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is on the one hand the fulfillment of the contract, legitimate interests, the fulfillment of our legal or contractual obligations and on the other hand your consent. Failure to provide the data can have different consequences.

We also process data that we have legitimately received from cooperation partners. These are basic personal data such as Your name, your professional position, your date of birth and your preferred contact details (e-mail address, address, telephone number, etc.).

We process your personal data, if necessary, for the duration of the entire business relationship (from the initiation, processing to the termination of a contract) as well as in accordance with the statutory retention and documentation obligations, which include, among other things, from the Corporate Code (UGB), the Federal Fiscal Code (BAO) and until the end of any legal dispute, ongoing warranty and guarantee periods, etc.

As part of our activities, we commission processors (e.g. external IT supervisors, tax consultants, bookkeeping, payroll accounting) who can gain access to your personal data in the course of their activities, provided they need the data to perform their respective services. They have committed themselves to compliance with the applicable data protection regulations. Order processing contracts have been concluded in accordance with Art 28 GDPR. In particular, disclosure to third parties for the purposes of address trading is prohibited.

Data processing in the context of job applications
Your application data will be collected and processed by us for the purpose of handling the application process. If your application is followed by the conclusion of an employment contract, your transmitted data will be saved by us in your personnel file for the purpose of the usual organizational and administrative process in compliance with the relevant legal regulations. If your application is rejected, we will keep your documents on record for a period of up to 3 months and then delete them, unless you wish to keep them for a longer period and contact you in the course of a new, open position.

No personal cookies are used when you visit our website.

Data security
We use technical and organizational data security measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your personal information. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technical progress. Your data is stored in a secure operating environment that is not accessible to the public. Due to the nature of the Internet, we would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps and complete protection of data from access by third parties is not possible. This data protection declaration applies exclusively to our websites. No guarantee is given for external links.

Consent and right of withdrawal
If your consent is necessary for the processing of your data, we will only process it with your express consent. In principle, we do not process any data from minors and are not authorized to do so. By giving your consent, you confirm that you have reached the age of 14 or that your legal representative has given your consent.
You can give your consent at any time under the i.a. Revoke contact addresses. In such a case, the data stored about you so far will be anonymized and subsequently only used for statistical purposes without personal reference. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of consent up to the point of withdrawal.

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have been violated in any other way, you can also complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the data protection authority.

You have the right to information about the relevant personal data at any time. As long as there is no statutory retention requirement, you have the right to have this data deleted and to object to processing. You also have the right to correct the data
