Please note our group sizes. Only group tours are offered – if you book a tour individually or as a couple, you will still have to pay the group price.

Due to the organizational effort involved, we cannot offer individual prices or combine several individuals on one tour.

For safety reasons, children and young people are only allowed to climb the wind turbine from the age of 12.

Yes, this is possible. Please note the group sizes for the respective plant tours.

Wind farm tours = 1 group up to max. 11 people

With approx. 25 people this would be 3 groups. A booking is only possible if you are shown 3 consecutive dates when selecting the dates. If only one date is displayed when booking, this is only ever for one group.

Biogas tours = 1 group up to max. 25 people

Part of the tour takes place down by the wind turbine, followed by the ascent up the wind turbine. The rest of the tour takes place at the top, followed by the descent.

Please make sure you are physically fit and have a head for heights, no pacemakers, sturdy shoes – there are 296 steps up and down a spiral staircase in the tower – no elevator!

Total duration approx. 45 minutes – 1 hour.

If there are several groups, the next group can only go up the windmill when the previous group is back down. In the meantime, the other groups have to wait down by the windmill.

New tour dates are added on an ongoing basis. If no more free dates are displayed in the current month, the guided tours for this month are fully booked.

We cannot offer any discounts or price reductions on our regular guided tours.

School and student groups pay less for guided tours – please take this into account when making your booking.

You can arrive by car, bicycle or coach. We cannot offer a shuttle service to the facilities.

There are no direct public connections to the facilities.

We will send you an invoice based on your details after the viewing.

Please transfer this within 14 days.

If you need to cancel your tour, please contact …. or write to us at visit@energiepark.at so that we can cancel the tour. Please let us know up to 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel directly on the day of the tour or do not show up for your booked tour, we will charge you a €70 cancellation fee/compensation for expenses.

Unfortunately, it can happen from time to time that you do not receive a confirmation email after a booking. Please check your SPAM folder to see if you have received the email.

As soon as you have booked the tour online and the booking has been successful, it is booked in our system and will take place.
