An excursion in a class of its own – the wind turbine in Bruck\/Leitha<\/strong><\/p>\n

An experience you won’t forget in a hurry: As part of the celebrations to mark 30 years of the Bruck\/Leitha Energy Park<\/em>, interested private individuals from the Carnuntum Climate and Energy Model Region (KEM) took the unique opportunity to climb the impressive wind turbine in Bruck an der Leitha – accompanied by KEM Manager Tina Rgiler<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The observation wind turbine is one of only three of its kind in the world<\/strong> and is considered a true landmark of innovative energy use and sustainable tourism. The ascent leads up 279 steps<\/strong> to a height of 65 meters<\/strong>, where a breathtaking panoramic view of the Leitha Mountains, Lake Neusiedl and the Vienna Basin opens up. <\/p>\n

In addition to the impressive view, the excursion offered exciting insights into the history and technology of the wind turbine. The participants learned first-hand how the energy park and the surrounding municipalities, including those of KEM Carnuntum, have played a pioneering role in the field of renewable energies for decades and how closely innovation, sustainability and regional cooperation are linked here. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
