Get up to 30% renovation bonus! <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The 2025\/2026 refurbishment bonus promotes the thermal refurbishment of detached and semi-detached houses and terraced houses that are more than 15 years old. Private individuals can apply for funding for comprehensive refurbishments, partial refurbishments (with at least 40% reduction in heating energy) and individual building component refurbishments. <\/p>\n<p>Registration takes place online and must be completed by the end of 2026 at the latest. After registration, you have 9 months to implement the measures. <\/p>\n<p>The amount of funding is up to 30% of the costs. Depending on the refurbishment, certain maximum amounts are set:<br \/>\nIndividual component refurbishments: max. \u20ac5,000 for e.g. window replacement or facade insulation<br \/>\nPartial refurbishments (at least 40% reduction in heating energy): max. \u20ac10,000<br \/>\nComprehensive refurbishment to a good standard: max. \u20ac15,000<br \/>\nComprehensive refurbishment klimaaktiv: max. \u20ac20,000     <\/p>\n<p>Example: During a thermographic measurement, you have discovered that there are thermal bridges on your windows and you decide to replace them. With the renovation bonus, you can receive 30% of the costs of \u20ac12,000, i.e. \u20ac3,600.
