If you own a generation system <x id=\"gid_0\"><\/x>20kW for which the grid operator has charged this flat rate without any direct expenses having been incurred (e.g. due to structural measures), you are entitled to a refund. The Austrian grid operators accept the ruling and are preparing automatic repayments to the customers concerned. Cases that are already time-barred will also be reimbursed on a goodwill basis.
