The subsidies for refurbishment and getting out of oil & gas were ended early!

For low-income households, heating replacement can still be subsidized with up to 100% subsidized!

Funding can be granted up to the following maximum cost limits:

  • Pellet wood chip boiler: € 36,180
  • Installation of air heat pump: € 25,586
  • Installation of brine/water heat pump: € 37,550

The prerequisites for funding are belonging to the lowest third of income, receipt of social benefits or the existence of an ORF contribution exemption. You can find more details at www.sauber-heizen.at read more.

Energy communities – using regional energy together

Using regionally produced renewable energy collectively – that is the basic idea behind renewable energy communities. As a central focus of KEM-Energie³, the topic of energy communities is being addressed at various levels.

The three municipalities are already part of various energy communities, which are also open to all interested citizens. Here is the link to the respective energy communities:

PV system & storage

The VAT exemption for PV systems has been abolished early! For systems that are put into operation after April 1, 2025, VAT of 20% must be paid again.

As a result of this change, the previous funding procedure by the EAG processing office will be reinstated. Here you can submit applications for PV investment funding or market premium for the respective funding calls.
