Many visitors took the opportunity to sort out Christmas decorations that they had been collecting for years. As far more was brought than was taken away, KLAR! manager Sonja Wirgler was able to hand over several boxes of donations to the SOMA market in Schwechat.
The KLAR! The 20th Christmas exchange took place as part of the repair meeting: Every first Friday of the month there is the opportunity to have broken electrical appliances repaired free of charge in the community hall in Maria Lanzendorf. The repair meeting helps significantly to reduce waste and save money. It is also an opportunity to talk to people in the region. The dedicated team at the repair meeting provides visitors with coffee and cake to sweeten the waiting time until volunteer experts have restored the appliance they have brought along to working order.
