“Pupils become teachers themselves” was the motto for IMS Lanzendorf at the careers and youth information fair organized by the regional development association Römerland Carnuntum at Schwechat Airport on 10 and 11 October. Among other things, the pupils illustrated the reflection of light on various surfaces (albedo effect), energy generation using photovoltaic modules and explained how to use a thermal imaging camera. Sandra Karanitsch-Ackerl from the regional development association Römerland Carnuntum and Gabriel Lang from the Energy and Environment Agency of Lower Austria were among the participants. They were all impressed by the students’ specialist knowledge and didactic skills.
