The goals of KLAR! Lanzendorf+
The KLAR! Lanzendorf is setting a good example and showing how to be climate-friendly. Together with the local population and with the support of experts, the region is drawing up plans for climate-friendly local development. text is used for all measures: At events and workshops tailored to different target groups, everyone from kindergarten children to pensioners receive tips and specific recommendations for action. Climate-friendly, green open spaces are available in the municipalities, where people enjoy spending time even on hot days. The population knows what is important when it comes to “climate-friendly gardening”. In dry periods, green spaces are increasingly supplied with rainwater, which is available in suitable reservoirs. The approximately 5,800 citizens of KLAR! Lanzendorf+ benefit from events, advice and workshops on climate change adaptation topics.
The KLAR! Lanzendorf+ uses synergies and cooperates with the Climate Alliance, Nature in the Garden, the Bruck/Leitha Energy Park, the Römerland Carnuntum Regional Development Association and other stakeholders to offer municipalities and citizens the best possible service and the latest information.
