The maximum funding amount is 30% of the eligible net costs. The subsidy rates depend on the power category of the PV system:

|---|---|---|
| A | up to 10 kWp | 150 €/kWp |
| B | >10 kWp to 20 kWp | 140 €/kWp |
| C | >20 kWp to 100 kWp | max. 130 €/kWp |
| D | >100 kWp to 1,000 kWp | max. 120 €/kWp |
An additional €150/kWp is available for electricity storage systems (only if installed in combination with a PV system).
The “Made in Europe” bonus also provides additional funding. An extra 10% for each inverter, module or storage system produced in Europe – up to 20% additional funding for projects with EU components.
